It’s the motto that has guided TLC Plumbing since it first opened its doors over 20 years ago in San Diego, California. And it’s no coincidence whatsoever that founder Thad L. Condon’s initials are T.L.C because he and wife, Shannon, have built a business based on exemplary service and going that extra mile. “We truly care about our clients,” says Shannon, with pride. “Our guys aren’t there just to earn a buck. They enjoy what they do, and I think that comes across.”A big part of TLC’s success with advertising has to do with their long-standing relationship with YP. Having worked together for 20 years, a lot of mutual trust and respect has been earned. One thing is for sure: no matter how much their business has grown, Thad and Shannon – and their team at YP – have always stayed true to their motto.
